This fancy lady was about to present her exquisite treasure: a golden baby kept in a glass cage. Something so valuable, it’s chained to her hand. When she tried to pull the creature out to show it off, it bit her finger! She dropped the cage and now it dangles from her hand as she tries to shake off the baby! A moment in time. Captured in slow motion to the beat of a ticking clock, a rhythm that drags behind her pounding heart. Materials: chicken skull, mummified quail chick, sparrow talons, Mozambique Garnet, opal, antique brass base, and glass dome.
